Cadonia as a socially responsible company last year founded the Beautification of Bitola (BoB) Fund. Our European Office is based in Bitola, the second largest city in R. Macedonia.
The main mission of the BoB Fund is to fund suitable projects in the community that will enhance the beauty of the city of Bitola. It is our way of giving something back to the city.
The BoB Fund’s Committee is comprised of both staff and company Directors and in association with the entire team at Cadonia a list of potential beautification project ideas have been proposed.
Following a vote our first BoB Fund project is the renovation of the Children’s Wing in the Bitola Clinical Hospital. It was a clear winner.
The Children’s Wing at the Hospital has not been renovated for many years and the work being undertaken by the Bob Fund will result in the installation of new floor tiles, bathroom fittings and fixtures and the painting of the walls and doors.
Everyone at Cadonia is hoping there will be lot’s of smiles on the faces of the children and staff at the Hospital once our renovation work is completed.
Cadonia’s offer to undertake the renovation work has been warmly welcomed by the management (and staff) of what is the largest Clinical Hospital in south-western of Macedonia.
Renovations commenced on 12 February and below are some photos of the work being undertaken which is expected to be completed in March.
